Description
Usually called "moving meditation", this ancient Chinese health program focuses on balance, stress reduction and flexibility. Tai Chi uses gentle, slow, repeated movements to improve health and well-being. Medical professionals recommend Tai Chi for improving coordination, breathing, leg strength and overall relaxation.
