Heartfulness is a simple and subtle practice of meditation that connects each of us with the light and love in our hearts. The relaxation and meditation techniques are studied and proven to be effective in reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, enhancing emotional intelligence, and exploring the heights and depths of human consciousness. Nurture the spiritual anatomy and understand the profound role of chakras in your well-being. Learn to integrate meditation in your daily life.
Space is limited so be sure to sign up early! Heartfulness Institute is donating the registration fees to Plainsboro Township to support its programs and activities.
Program Fee: $16.00Non-Residents beginning March 11
For more information, please contact the Department of Recreation and Community Services at 609-799-0909 ext. 1719. All registrations must be done online or in-person. Registrations will NOT be accepted over the phone.
Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
