Each session offers practical tools to ease stress, improve focus, and cultivate inner peace. Once a month, explore a special wellness theme like mindful eating, better sleep, or heart-centered living – easy steps toward a more harmonious life.
Space is limited, so sign up early.
All registration fees are generously donated by the Heartfulness Institute to Plainsboro Township in support of community wellness.
Program Fee: $16.00Non-Residents beginning March 16
For more information, please contact the Department of Recreation and Community Services at 609-799-0909 ext. 1719. All registrations must be done online or in-person. Registrations will NOT be accepted over the phone.
Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
