This is a SEEKING INTEREST program. If you are interested please email us at: seekinginterest@plainsboronj.com. In your email please include the program or programs you are interested in and the name and age of the participant.
These music classes / workshops provide young musicians the opportunity to play traditional handmade instruments, learn how South Asian, East Asian, and Western music influence each other, and to create new music together. In this workshop, musicians will share musical knowledge, encourage understanding and cooperation across cultures through music, learn about the crafts of making and using traditional instruments, and have FUN creating music together with traditional and modern instruments!
If students already play an instrument, we highly encourage them to be brought to each class! Students will also learn and use handmade instruments from India.
Plainsboro Resident: $16Non-Residents: $24 beginning March 16

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
