Ages 13-15
Skill Levels: Beginner (has very minimal volleyball experience)Join us for an exciting and high-energy Teen Basic Volleyball Skills Clinic designed to initiate a solid basis for volleyball game—whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills! This class is instructed by Coach Luiz Tessarotto, a volleyball coach with years of expertise.
Session Breakdown:Perfect for those new to the game or still developing basic skills. This session will cover:• Ball Control• Fundamentals of passing, setting, blocking and serving• Proper body position to contact the ball , footwork and court movements.• Game rules and basic positioning• Fun drills and mini-games to build confidence and teamwork
Details:• Bring athletic shoes, water, and a positive attitude• All equipment provided *Note: At the coach’s discretion, players will be matched to the appropriate skill level. to benefit the player and the practices at the beginning of the session.
Whether you're learning the basics or looking for a to benefit the new sport to try, this clinic offers the perfect environment to grow your volleyball skills and have fun doing it!
About the Coach: Coach Luiz Tessarotto
A lifelong volleyball player and competitor, Luiz has played actively since high school and continues to compete in local leagues and in USAV Nationals and Masters Tournaments both in the U.S. and internationally. After retiring from a successful career in R&D at Johnson & Johnson, he turned his focus to coaching to share his love and passion for the game and teach strong fundamentals to the next generation.
Coach Luiz brings over a decade of coaching experience, including 4 years with Princeton Volleyball Club, coaching at Princeton University’s summer volleyball camp, and serving as Head Coach of the volleyball program at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North for 6 years. He has also advanced his coaching education through USA Volleyball’s CAP (Coaching Accreditation Program), further sharpening his technical and leadership skills. Currently coach Luiz is a volunteer coach at WWP HS North and coaching for the Plainsboro Recreation volleyball programs. Dedicated, motivational, and player-focused, Coach Luiz empowers athletes to grow in skill, confidence, and team spirit — on and off the court.
Residents: $67.50Non-Residents: $85.50 beginning March 16

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
