Mommy & Me Fit is a 45 minute postpartum workout for mothers and their children 0-11 months. This class focuses on core work, strength training and building the mind body connection after childbirth. This class is for all levels, and includes low intensity and low impact movements. Some of the class benefits include strengthening the pelvic floor, mood enhancement and improved core and muscle strength.
