About This Activity
Description
Students get a first-class lesson on how to become entrepreneurs by running their own restaurant. The fun begins, when the new entrepreneurs survey their classmates to learn about the type of cuisine to serve their guests. Students then use business programs to explain their business to investors, project sales, and design a floor plan. Students will end the week pitching their new business to parents.
