Special Strong Foundational Skills is a mix of regular fitness that incorporates footwork, mobility, following instructions, endurance, reflexes, stamina and other elements.Additional Information: If anyone is unable to follow instructions you must bring your own shadow person.
We believe in adaptive fitness so there is no hard requirement as such. But someone absolutely not able to follow instructions will need to bring their shadow person.
