About This Activity
Description
Discover the art of Jiu-Jitsu. Our introductory classes teach fundamental Jiu Jitsu techniques for practical self-defense, helping kids and adults improve fitness and confidence. Participants will build strength, coordination, and discipline while gaining the tools to defend themselves effectively.
Additional Information Jiu Jitsu Gi required.
Jiu-Jitsu Gi required. Participants may purchase their own or order through the Instructor.
