Inner Strength Martial Arts is a unique blend of both hard linear and soft circular styles focusing on proven street-applicable self-defense against single to multiple attackers. Students train on technical proficiency, strikes, blocks, fitness conditioning, and more with a complete understanding of skills for adaptation as needed for defense while emphasizing inner strength. Progress from belt through sash ranking. This class is for all levels. Beginners welcome. Start-up fee is required for uniform ($40-$45) and Amateur Athletic Union membership ($20).
