Description
This level II martial arts program is for continuing students. Minimum ISMA yellow belt rank and instructor approval are required. Self-esteem, confidence, coordination skills, teamwork and physical conditioning are key elements developed through class discipline, techniques, games and structure. Students must remain current with uniform and AAU membership. Class times are Tuesday 5:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. and Saturday, 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
