About This Activity
Description
This is the first American and mixed martial arts system created in Hawaii in the late 1940's. It is a self defense system that practices strikes, kicks, locks, throws and sweeps.
Black uniform ( gi ) and groin protection. These are required but not included in monthly tuition.
