About This Activity
Description
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean style of self-defense that was introduced in the United States during the 1950's. This art places emphasis on courtesy, integrity, discipline, and positive self-image.
Additional Information
This class is for beginners getting their white, gold and orange belt.
No class November 25 & 27, 2025 for Thanksgiving.
Students are to wear loose-fitting clothing. Uniforms optional but not required and can be purchased online through any vendor of your choice. Must be all white. No shorts.
