Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art of self-defense, involving primarily kicking techniques and punching. Introduced to the U.S. in the 1950s, it emphasizes courtesy, integrity, discipline, and a positive self-image.
Additional Information
This class is for intermediate/advanced students getting their blue belt and above.
Students are to wear loose-fitting clothing. Uniforms optional but not required and can be purchased online through any vendor of your choice. Must be all white. No shorts.
