Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art of self-defense that builds strength, discipline and confidence through punches, blocks, forms and controlled sparring.
Additional Information
This class is for intermediate/advanced students getting their blue belt and above.
Students are to wear loose-fitting clothing. Uniforms optional but not required and can be purchased online through any vendor of your choice. Must be all white. No shorts.
