This White thru Yellow Belt co-ed training course is designed to introduce students to the fundamental basics of traditional Tae Kwon Do. Classes incorporate traditional martial arts style of patterns (katas), blocks/kicks/strikes, exercises and introduction to self defense.
Additional InformationNew students will need to purchase a uniform from the instructor on the first day of class for $50.00 (uniforms will be mailed or available for pick-up). An additional fee is required for gear and belt testing towards the end of the course.
