About This Activity
Description
This co-ed training course is for continuing students who are green thru blue belt rank. Students will learn the techniques to increase development of dynamics in power, balance, self defense, board breaking, sparring tools, skills and exercise.
Additional InformationClasses will begin at Liberty Recreation Center starting February 11th.A signed liability agreement is required before the first day of class. An additional fee is required for gear and belt testing.
