About This Activity
Description
This co-ed training course is for continuing students Green thru Blue Belt Rank. Classes will teach development of power dynamics, balance, self defense, board breaking, sparring, tools skills and exercise.
Additional InformationA signed liability agreement is required before the first day of class. An additional fee is required for gear and belt testing.
