Tae Kwon Do is a Korean style of self-defense that was introduced in the United States during the 1950's. This art places emphasis on courtesy, integrity, discipline, and positive self-image.Additional Information
This class is for intermediate/advanced students getting their green belt and above.
Students are to wear loose-fitting clothing. Uniforms optional but not required and can be purchased online. Must be all white.
