About This Activity
Description
This co-ed training course is for continuing students who are red thru brown belt rank. Students will learn next level techniques for increasing development of physical dynamics, power, tools, skills, and self defense.
Additional InformationClasses will begin at Liberty Recreation Center starting February 11th.An additional fee is required for gear and belt testing.
This class meets in person which instructor will discuss.A signed liability agreement is required before the first day of class. An additional fee is required for gear and belt testing towards the end of the course.
