Level 2 Session 1: The Wind in the Willows Director: Kathleen Dobrott Level: II (5th-6th Graders) SYNOPSIS: This riotous comedy follows Mole, Rat, Badger, and the impulsive Mr. Toad, whose insatiable need for speed lands him in serious trouble. With his beloved home under threat from the notorious Chief Weasel and his gang of sinister Wild Wooders, Toad must attempt a daring escape leading to a series of misadventures and a heroic battle to recapture Toad Hall. Audition Workshop: Tuesday, December 29 • 5:00 PM–6:30 PM Auditions: Saturday, January 2 • 2:00 PM–5:00 PM (@Genesis Studios) Rehearsals Begin: Tuesday, January 5 Weekly Rehearsals: Tuesdays • 5:30 PM–8:30 PM Bonus Rehearsal: Saturday, February 6 • 9:00 AM–12:00 PM Load In: Sunday, February 28 • 6:00 PM–8:00 PM Tech Week: February 28–March 3 5:00 PM-8:00 PM Performances: March 4–7 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Genesis provides costumes—supplemental items & shoes from your wardrobe. Students are required to be present at all rehearsals and shows. Please do not schedule any appointments or events for your student during this rehearsal period. Please send a snack, a personal water bottle, and pencil each day to rehearsal. Please help your student at home to memorize their lines. Tickets will be available for purchase online, so buy early!
