About This Activity
These Camps emphasize the development of the fundamentals of volleyball for high level performance on the court. In the first session of camp we will focus on arguably the most important facet of the game: Serve/Pass as well as ball control and defense. We will breakdown the skill into the importance of eye work, footwork, and platform awareness. Read, plan, and execute.
