About This Activity
Description
Are you bored with your current fitness routine? Come exercise while in the water on a floating balance board. Calisthenics, aerobic training and yoga type exercise will be included.
Additional Information
This class meets in the outdoor pool. Floatation boards will be provided. Participants will get wet during the class.
