This camp aims to provide children with yogic techniques fostering a harmonious balance in their emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Through enjoyable and creative methods, the focus is on immunity. Participants will partake in postures and breathwork to enhance their immune strength. The camp will also include engaging games and activities to spark discussions on building a robust defense, both physically and mentally. We assure each participant will derive valuable benefits from this camp.
Please bring yoga mat, water, and snack.
