About This Activity
Pet Purrr-fection Spark your imagination this Summer at ART camp with KidzArt! This week is all about making art to remind us why we love all our furry, scaly, slimy, fuzzy, and slippery pets. Our adorable pets will come to life in our drawings of cats, dogs, bunnies, fish, lizards and more! Have fun making a soft “rag doll” style puppy from a towel, an impressive painting of parakeets on canvas, clay sculptures of pets in cozy home habitats and more. Students will have the opportunity to work with a variety of mediums including watercolor, oil pastel, illustration markers and much more. Kids will develop a positive “stick with it” attitude and problem-solving skills as they experience our unique and fun teaching approach. Our Morning Camp is 9am-12pm, Afternoon Camp is 1pm-4pm. Please pack a peanut-free snack and refreshment for your child if attending one time slot...if attending both time slots, pack a lunch as well. Each camper receives one free camp t-shirt with each week of registration - order as many extras as you want at checkout!
