About This Activity
Tuition and Financial Aid: Tuition: Please select the highest tuition option you can afford. As you consider how much you can afford, remember that your first payment is not due until June 1st and payment plans are available. The final payment is due 2 weeks before your child’s first day at camp. Registration deposit/refunds: $25 of your tuition fee is non-refundable and is due at checkout in order to reserve your child’s spot in this program. You will be asked to read and agree to our refund policy as part of the registration process. Financial Aid: To apply for an additional tuition reduction beyond the offered options, please choose that option from the tuition tiers and answer the appropriate questions on the registration form in the Financial Aid section. The amount of tuition reduction we are able to grant to program participants is limited. If the amount we are able to offer you is still not enough for your child to be able to attend this program, we will refund your deposit. Please contact us via our website contact form if you are applying for reduced tuition and you cannot afford the $25 registration fee at this time. Waitlist: We will notify you if you are on the waitlist and a space opens up! This frequently happens as people’s summer plans shift. If you accept this spot, you will be charged only for the $25 deposit at this time unless the first program fee payment deadline has already passed. Sibling discount: A 5% sibling discount automatically applies when you register more than one person from the same family. BIPOC acknowledgement: Everyone Outside offers a monetary BIPOC acknowledgement to those whose children identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color.
