About This Activity
This registration reserves your spot in the 19-week Winter + Spring Session combo of classes at Stephenson Elementary School, and includes all art fine art materials, clay firings, instruction, and the Spring Art Show! Your student will experience NEW projects every session, and was created for students who love to draw, paint and sculpt! Over the school year and through our program, students are introduced to fine art skills, material handling, art history, cultural projects, problem-solving skills, and art appreciation...but most of all the exciting process of making art! Your tuition includes a $40 non-refundable registration fee that goes towards the full tuition amount, and is not refundable. Refund and Cancellation Policy for SINGLE/COMBO Sessions in After-School programs: If you’ve registered for a single or combo session only (i.e.: fall, winter/spring), and not for the whole school year: More than 2-weeks written/emailed notice, tuition (minus $20 Reg Fee (single session) or $40 Reg Fee (combo session) per student) is refundable or left on your account as a credit to use for up to 1 year from the cancel date. 2 weeks or less written/emailed notice from the start date, your Registration Fee will be subtracted. Then, half the amount paid is refundable, or the full amount transferred as credit to use up to 1 year from the cancel date. After 1 year of inactivity, it is considered donated. Please contact us if you don’t use the funds and would like donation letter to use for tax-deductible purposes. No refunds once classes begin since materials have been purchased, Instructor contracts are finalized, and we’ve incurred merchant service fees for the initial registration.
