About This Activity
Campers will cook different recipes and of course taste them together! They will learn to read a recipe and acquire specific vocabulary (utensils, ingredients), use different tools (whisk, peeler, citrus squeezer) and techniques, measure and perform various tasks related to preparing a dish, and discover new flavors and tastes. At the end of the camp, campers will have their own little book of recipes to bring home and share with their families. Class is conducted in French, taught by Joëlle Ceran
