Build your physical and mental skills with this awesome camp that focuses on basketball essentials, giving every player the tools they need to succeed. Incorporated into the curriculum along with drills and games is the Fitlight Trainer, to train your brain and your game. Participants are divided into groups by skill and age to maximize their workouts and scrimmages.
