Description
Participants are introduced to grilling foods while learning the best practices and safest techniques. Learn to pick the cream-of-the-crop fruits and veggies, the ins and outs of fresh, locally-grown foods, and the key to a preserving a long shelf life. Come get your grill-on from fruits to pizzas and much more.Ready to turn up the heat? Learn kitchen tools, practice cooking techniques, read recipes, and fold in the history as we taste-test unique dishes. This camp takes place in a kitchen setting.
Participants develop life-long cooking skills while embarking on a culinary exploration! Learn to read and enhance recipes, experiment with flavors, practice kitchen safety, and work cooperatively, all while boosting confidence. All fresh food, cookware, and tools are included.
