It's back to the basics! Learn the culinary skills to make many delicious meals. Make sauces, soups, and salads while practicing sauteing, simmering, and stir frying. Round out the experience with baking and creating beautiful desserts.Ready to turn up the heat? Learn kitchen tools, practice cooking techniques, read recipes, and fold in the history as we taste-test unique dishes. This camp takes place in a kitchen setting.
Participants develop life-long cooking skills while embarking on a culinary exploration! Learn to read and enhance recipes, experiment with flavors, practice kitchen safety, and work cooperatively, all while boosting confidence. All fresh food, cookware, and tools are included.
