Description
Learn the science behind baking the perfect dessert! Learn the importance of exact measurements and knowing when a dessert is done. Participants make and taste desserts like cream puffs, chocolate mousse, cookies, breads, cakes, and more.Ready to turn up the heat? Learn kitchen tools, practice cooking techniques, read recipes, and fold in the history as we taste-test unique dishes. This camp takes place in a kitchen setting.
Participants develop life-long cooking skills while embarking on a culinary exploration! Learn to read and enhance recipes, experiment with flavors, practice kitchen safety, and work cooperatively, all while boosting confidence. All fresh food, cookware, and tools are included.
