About This Activity
We help our students work on Focus, Character Development, Athleticism, Flexibility, Agility, Strength & Conditioning through Martial arts training. We also manage to have a lot of fun! Each class will have elements emphasizing Flexibility, Strength and Conditioning, Agility, and self defense in a Fun and Focused environment. No experience is required!
