About This Activity
Mindful Child classes are intentionally designed for early childhood development. Our teachers support you and your child as you play, explore and fly together. Our play-based curriculum helps your child build physical and emotional well-being all while having fun! Connect with each other through breathing techniques, mindfulness, aerial yoga and engaging games. This class promises fun for all! ! No yoga or aerial yoga experience necessary. All children must be at least 3-years-old to participate.
