About This Activity
Families that flow together, grow together. This class will strengthen your mother/daughter bond as you learn fun and creative partner and group poses. Connect with each other through breathing techniques, mindfulness and engaging yoga games. This class promises fun for all! ! No yoga or aerial yoga experience necessary. All children must be at least 8-years-old to participate. This registration is for both mother/daughter.
