Participants will learn fun aerial poses and sequences that engage the whole child. Children love to swing, spin, stretch, and hang upside-down. This training uses a developmentally appropriate, child-centered approach to aerial yoga and mindfulness. It explains the “why” before the “what” – participants will gain an understanding of all the amazing benefits aerial yoga and mindfulness has to offer children.
