About This Activity
Research in the areas of neuroscience, psychology and mindfulness shows us how mindfulness can change how your child feels. Coupling therapy protocols with mindfulness in the aerial hammock will provide your child with multiple benefits including stress reduction, strength, improved motor skills, sensory integration, and more. Classes are taught by Dr. Tracy. Kid’s therapy classes will also include aerial yoga poses, reflex integration exercises, motor-based learning. mindfulness, games, healthy snack and our aerial obstacle course.
