In this session, we’ll focus on creating a “calm toolbox,” filled with effective tools like movement exercises and breathing techniques to help your child regulate emotions and find calm. Our kids’ therapy classes also include aerial yoga poses, reflex integration activities, motor-based learning, mindfulness practices, fun games, a healthy snack, and an exciting aerial obstacle course.
