About This Activity
Description
For ages 8-50, Challenger Flag Football gives athletes with special needs an opportunity to learn the game, be active and be part of a team. Athletes are assigned to teams by age and ability and are coached by volunteers. Participants learn the fundamentals of flag football through drills and during games. Activities may be adapted as needed to fit each athlete's abilities.
