Prince George Parks and Recreation is offering a Youth Introduction to Pickleball Course. The course is available to everyone aged 8 - 15. Instruction will be provided on knowledge, rules, and basic fundamentals of Pickleball. The instructor is Larry Heidorn; there will be other instructors on site.
The Pickleball Course will occur Wednesday evenings from 5:30 PM until dusk, from June 4 - 25, 2025, at Temple Park Pickleball Courts (14307 Prince George Dr., Disputanta, VA 23842).
Registration will occur May 5 - 30, 2025, (unless filled prior). This activity is limited to 20 participants. The fee is $10 per participant.
Pickleballs and paddles will be provided during instruction. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes/sneakers.
