About This Activity
Description
Karate builds a positive self-image, teaches sportsmanship and self-defense, as well as aids in better fitness and concentration.
Classes are available for ages 6 - Adult.
Classes will be held Wednesday evenings for 6 weeks from 6 PM - 7 PM beginning January 14, 2026, at Prince George Parks & Recreation Community Center (11100 Old Stage Rd., Prince George, VA 23875).
Registration is available December 16, 2025 - January 9, 2026 (or until filled) at 5 PM. The fee is $60 per person and is limited to (25) participants. Class begins January 14, 2026, and ends February 18, 2026.
Sensei Lisa Dean will be leading Karate sessions.
