About This Activity
Description
Yoga involves stretching and creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Classes will be held on Monday nights from 7:15 PM - 8:00 PM for 5 weeks beginning April 21, 2025. The last class of this session will be May 19, 2025.
Yoga class will be held at Prince George Community Center (11100 Old Stage Road Prince George, VA 23875). Bring a mat with you. Registration is available until April 21, 2025 (unless filled).
The cost is $25 per participant.
This class is limited to 25 Participants.
