Receive throwing instruction from BYU throws coach, Niklas Arrhenius, and current and former standout athletes! This multi-week camp will cover all needed off-season training to prepare you to be at your best come track and field season. We will go over all the drills and exercises needed to improve technique and throwing capacity. The first hour of each session will include shot put and javelin, and the second hour will focus on the discus throw. Bringing your own implements is recommended but not required.
