About This Activity
Our camp is built around a two-session daily training model designed to maximize development. Each morning, all players participate in 90–120 minutes of high-level skating focused on stride efficiency, edge control, balance, transitions, acceleration, and overall speed. This gives every athlete a strong technical foundation before moving into specialized work. In the afternoons, players break into their registered “specialty tracks.” Each track is coached by a subject-matter expert who takes a small group through a full week of in-depth training in that specific area (Advanced Hockey IQ, Goal Scoring, Defensive Skating & Concepts, Speed, or Goalie Development). This structure ensures that every athlete receives world-class skating instruction and personalized, position-specific coaching to elevate their entire game.
