About This Activity
Crochet is a needlework technique that uses a single hooked tool to interconnect loops of yarn, resulting in a delicate and intricate fabric. Unlike knitting, crochet patterns are more complex as they use only one tool with many stitches and locations for those stitches. During the learning process, you will be taught how to read a pattern, hold a hook, and learn some basic crochet stitches. While practicing different stitches, you will have the option to make a scarf, hat, purse, or another item of your choice approved by the instructor. This will allow you to practice and have a wearable item when finished. Instructor: Beck Fahey Dr. Beck Fahey is a highly skilled professional with extensive and diverse competencies.
