About This Activity
Tails and Talons is a sewing class involving working with faux fur and minky. Based on creating animal costumes, also known as fursuits, students will be tasked to create their own costume parts from patterns they create. This curriculum will utilize both hands-on experience and demonstrations to actively challenge the student to get creative, turning a drawing into a 3D object. In this class we will be focusing on creating wearable slipper-like paws! Instructor: Jack Foxworth Howdy! I'm Jack. I'm a costume maker with various artsy hobbies, from 3D printing to sewing! I have two pet lizards who I love and I've been drawing ever since I could hold a pencil!
