About This Activity
This will be a continuation of beginner/intermediate lacrosse skills. The girls will have had lacrosse units this year in PE, and we will be continuing to enhance their skills and game knowledge of the sport. This will be a continuation to the fundamental skills of lacrosse they learned this year in PE. Campers will refine their throwing, catching, and cradling skills while being introduced to more game-like strategies involving shooting and competitive games. The goal is for the girls to gain a better understanding of the sport of lacrosse while enhancing their teamwork, athleticism, and confidence as young female athletes.
