A Mindfulness class designed to help people to field planted and focused. Skills gained will be breathwork, meditation, and focusing skills. Instructor: Tricia McPherson Tricia is a new homeschool mom and has been a long time learner of mindfulness. She has been a massage therapist and mindfulness teacher for 25 years. She has taught carefivers and parents skills to manage stress with body awareness and is looking forward to teaching ourr teens these techniques. She has training through Duke with nbsr and programs with applied keisiology.
