"Ecology - High School Ages 14-17 (Grades 9-12) Note - This class can be used on high school transcripts. Ecology is the interaction between organisms and their environment. In this semester-long, hands-on course, we will deep-dive into the world of ecology to learn about the relationship between Earth’s spheres, ecosystems, energy flows, ecological succession, fossil fuels, biodiversity, invasive species, the challenges Earth faces today and so much more. There will be weekly assignments to complete before our classroom time. " Instructor: Renee Charbonneau Renee is a former elementary school teacher who specialized in grades 2-8 and special needs. After many years as a teacher, she decided to homeschool her two children, now in 8th and 10th grade. Renee obsesses over all things Harry Potter, science, and history. She can't wait to ignite students' passion for learning!
