About This Activity
"This Animal Husbandry homeschool course is for teens who want to learn more in-depth information concerning animal species, habitats, and care. It should count as an elective science course for high school credit if done in its entirety. " Instructor: Rachel Beach Rachel has been a homeschool mom for 20 years now. Her passion is teaching the natural sciences to kids. She has 9 kids, 7 still at home, one college Junior and one graduate who teaches elementary school in Guilford County. All of her classes are very interactive, engaging, and hands-on. She follows the steam project approach with so many bigger long term assignments that are set up to engage in many areas of their academic success. She really just loves watching kids get hands-on and learning through experience rather than memorization.
