This hands-on course is divided into two large subject areas. In the autumn, we will explore space. We will deep-dive into the relationship between Earth and Moon, our solar system, as well as all the planets and objects found in space. Our spring semester will focus on Earth where we will learn about weather, the atmosphere, the water cycle, Earth’s interior and surface components, rocks and minerals and so much more. Instructor: Noah Domont "The “outdoors" was always been apart of Noah's life growing up in Indiana. In 1990, he attended The Orme School in Mayer, Arizona for his final two years of secondary education. These years greatly influenced my life’s focus on the world and its “out-door” environment. It was here his passion knowledge and life long learner began and continues to be a guiding principle that he shares with students. Noah Domont has worked with students in grades 3 through 12 over the course of his career in a variety of public and private school environments for close to 20 years. He earned his bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Boston University and a Masters in Teaching from Seattle University."
